Embedded Services
When loading the interactive map, connections are made to servers operated by OpenStreetMap. In doing so, technical data such as your IP address may be transmitted. For further information, please refer to the privacy policies of: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
To display the interactive maps, this dashboard uses the open-source library MapLibre GL JS. The map data (so-called "tiles") is provided by a self-hosted tile server. When loading the map content, a connection is established to servers operated by Ruhr University Bochum. In the process, technical data such as your IP address, timestamp, and browser information may be transmitted to these servers. This data processing is necessary for the display of the map content and is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) GDPR (performance of a task carried out in the public interest). No data is shared with third parties.
